3. The business permit

1. Settled holds the business permit (autorisation d'établissement) number 10200326 / 0.
2. The Ministère de l'Économie, Direction générale des Classes moyennes, gave the permit. Its address is 19-21, boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg.

4. What Settled does, and what it does not do

1. Settled makes and sells software for accounting, tax and finance.
2. Settled is not an expert-comptable, a fiduciary or an auditor. It is not a member of a professional order.
3. Settled keeps the books of no business and files no return. Settled's software proposes. The buyer approves each entry and files each return.

5. The contact point of the Digital Services Act

1. This is the single contact point of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the Digital Services Act), art. 11 and art. 12.
